The girls had their first practice Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 4:30 - 5:25pm at Rose Drive School. It was hot. It was fun.

It was cute to watch Coach Aaron and Coach Regina show the girls how to stretch before workout. First, the girls had to spread out arm's length apart. They didn't fully understand, so they decided to hold hands. LOL.
And here are there versions of lunges. LOL. These girls are way too cute!
